Camp Congratulates New Additions to Ways & Means Subcommittees for 111th Congress

Ways & Means Ranking Member Dave Camp (R-MI) issued the following statement today after the subcommittee assignments were announced for the 111th Congress:

"I congratulate the new additions to each of the subcommittees, " said Camp.  "The 111th Congress will take on a long to-do list of issues facing our country and the Ways and Means Subcommittees will play a central role in crafting legislation on many of these issues.  I look forward to working with all of the committee members as we push for lower taxes, reinvigorate the economy, improve our entitlement programs and restore Americans confidence in our government."

The ratios for all the Ways and Means subcommittees in the 111th Congress will be 9 Democrats and 5 Republicans.
